A vintage letter dated March 6, 1912 written all in the hand of former lightweight champion Battling Nelson... Nelson is talking about having to cancel an engagement or fight because of breaking both of his hands in his fight with Sammy Trott several days prior on March 1st... Boldly written throughout in black fountain pen ink!!
