This vintage press photo shows 20 yr. old Sugar Ray Robinson standing over a knocked down Maxie Berger as referee Frank Fullam is about to give a count... Berger rose at the count of four but Fullam stopped this bout which took place at Madison Square Garden on February 20, 1942... A classic image of a youthful Robinson!!
