On July 19, 1991, Tyson had sex wth Desiree Washington. On September 9, 1991,
an Indiana Grand Jury voted to indict Tyson on three counts, including one
for the rape of Washington. Tyson was convicted on February 10, 1992 and was
imprisoned. He did not fight in 1992 through August 1995.
On Aug. 16, 1994, Tyson signed a contract in a prison visiting room making
John Horne and Rory Holloway his official managers. Then, two weeks before
Tyson was to be released from prison, he signed an agreement giving King
30 percent of all his earnings and Horne and Holloway 10 percent each.
